Prayers for you...

Bangkok is famous for the "Four Face Buddha" or I've learned it here the Erawan Shrine. The shrine is located by the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel, at the Ratchprasong intersection of Ratchadamri Road in Pathum Wan distric, Bangkok, Thailand. Every day, thousands of devotees both Thai and foreigners pray at the shrine to seek blessings, fulfillment of dreams, success in personal lives and careers (including me!).

My colleague that brought me there told me that there's another shrine that is just opposite Erawan's which is now becoming popular as well. This is a new one with 2 shrines side by side. According to the locals, one is see pray and seek for success in personal lives and careers, another is for blessing in love and relationships. This explains that at one side, the offerings are in yellow/golden color flowers and the other is roses/red flowers.

My yellow flower on the little elephant's nose!

Red roses spread across the altar where devotees pray for a good relationship and love. Mine was one of them too!
